CESTISA was established in 1959 and it is specialized in the distribution of effect pigments, decorative particles, iridescent films, additives and raw materials in general, with or without surface treatments, for cosmetics, pharmaceutical, paints, inks, plastics, packaging, textile, leather, ceramics, imitation pearls and other industries.

CESTISA is exclusive distributor of the pearlescent pigments from TAIZHU (now part of MERCK) and the optically variable HELICONE pigments from LCP Technology. It represents at European level Bismuth based pigments and other products from the company FARMAQUIMIA.

It is also specialist in glitters for any kind of application. Its partnership with a glitter manufacturer origined the company EUROPEAN GLITTERS, that commercializes glitters all over Europe. CESTISA has its own range of treated pigments and minerals (ex. non-dusting), that improve the performance in several applications, as well as pearl powder, which also distributes through its European network.

In the cosmetic area, CESTISA also distributes the “Soft-focus” and “Soft-touch” products from SUNJIN CHEMICALS, decorative bentonites from BUNTECH, functional cosmetic ingredients from PHOENIX CHEMICALS and vegetable metallic stearates from FACI METALEST.

For industrial applications it supplies fluorescent pigments from BRILLIANT, as well as other luminescent pigments (glow in the dark, UV responsive); thermochromic, photochromic and aroma products from MATSUI, and offers other decorative effect particles like microfibers, beads, as well as decorative colored flakes from the company MINERAL COLOR.

CESTISA is faithful to its business culture based on efficiency, spirit of service and professional ethics. In 1998 as a consequence of its commitment of quality and continuous ongoing improvement, CESTISA achieved the ISO 9000 certification by AENOR, that was renovated in 2009 in the frame of the new ISO 9001:2008.

At present CESTISA covers the markets of Spain, Portugal, Magreb and France, as well as Argentina through its subsidiary CESTISA AMERICA. It keeps a very close collaboration with professional associations, design centers, universities and other research and formation centers, even by means of teaching in different masters and post-gradutes.
